Fill a watering can with clean, room-temperature water.
Shake your bottle of liquid seaweed extract and measure the dosage recommended on the label for container plants.
Mix the seaweed extract into the water until it is evenly diluted.
Pour the mixture gently over the soil around the base of the bulbs until the soil is moist.
