These are the terms you agree to by using Bozlea. We have kept them short and readable on purpose.
Bozlea is a gardening app. It identifies plants, weeds, pests and diseases from your photos, keeps records of your garden, and offers care advice through a team of AI advisers. It works in your web browser and can be installed on your phone.
This is the most important thing on this page. Identifications, diagnoses and care advice are produced by AI, and AI gets things wrong. Treat everything Bozlea tells you as a helpful starting point, not a professional opinion.
Never eat, handle or apply anything based only on what Bozlea says. Check with a qualified expert before acting on any identification of a plant, fungus or berry you intend to consume, before treating a serious plant disease, and before applying any chemical. Always follow the label on any product you use.
Please do not:
Bozlea runs on credits. Scans, adviser replies and care plans each use credits from your monthly allowance. Everyone is currently on the free plan; paid plans are not yet open. When they launch, payments will be handled by Stripe, prices will be shown before you buy, and you will be able to cancel at any time.
Your garden records and your photos remain yours. The Bozlea app itself — its design, code, characters and branding — remains ours. If you choose to share a photo to the Community Showcase, you are giving other Bozlea users permission to see it there; you can unshare it whenever you like.
Bozlea is provided as it is, without guarantees. We do our best to keep it running and your data safe, but we cannot promise the service will never be unavailable, and we are not liable for losses arising from its use — including plant loss, treatment that did not work, or advice that turned out to be wrong. Keep your own backups of anything you would be upset to lose; the app can export your data at any time.
You can delete your data or your whole account whenever you want, from your account settings or by emailing us. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and continuing to use Bozlea means you accept the revised version.
